Where the method comes from
I do not have a work self and a spiritual self.
The Vedic side of my life is not an interest I keep in a separate folder. It is why I work the way I do, and it shows up in the method rather than in the vocabulary. Four ideas carry the load.
अद्वैतAdvaita, not two
Non-duality is not a mood. It is the claim that there is no second thing, which means the server, the spreadsheet and the shrine are one field and there is nowhere in it to be careless. I do not get to be rigorous at work and vague about the rest of my life.
शक्तिShakti, energy
The tantric reading does not ask you to withdraw from the world to arrive anywhere. It asks you to engage it completely. So I am not looking for balance, I am looking for full involvement in whatever is actually in front of me. It is a harder standard than moderation, and it is the honest description of how I work.
प्रमाणPramāṇa, valid knowing
The tradition is unusually strict about how a claim is allowed to be made at all: what you perceived, what you inferred, what you were told, each with its own limits. Naming the source and the date is not an SEO habit I picked up. It is the older one, applied to a newer job.
कर्मKarma, the act itself
You own the effort, not the result. In practice that is small and unglamorous: I check the thing before I claim it, and I publish the check even when it goes against me. One piece here has a section titled "Three things I could not verify, so I am not claiming them."
None of that makes me a teacher of anything. It makes me someone who will not hand you a number he did not verify.

I checked the thing everyone trusts.
Every number carries a named source and a date. Where something is correlation I say correlation, and when the finding makes my own work look worse it goes out anyway.
